The fee includes VAT, organisation costs, the electronic publication “Abstracts”, additional conference events and meals (coffee break, lunches, dinner, social evening). You can send the conference fee via bank transfer. The receipt for tax purposes will be e-mailed after the payment has been received. The final statement (invoice) will be sent after the conference to the invoicing e-mail address entered in the conference system. The conference fee is not returned upon cancellation of attendance but an author will receive the electronic publication “Abstracts”. The conference fee is not returned when a participant does not arrive. Another person may attend in place of the participant.
